1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you ("Client," "You," or "Your") and JustRight Resumes LLC ("Company," "We," "Our," or "Us") in relation to our Services, including but not limited to resume writing, resume editing, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview coaching, career consultation, and related services.

1.2 By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any other policies or guidelines that may be posted on our website or communicated to you.

 2. **Service Description**

2.1 **Resume Writing Service:** Our team will create or improve your resume based on the information you provide. We aim to highlight your qualifications, experience, and skills to help you stand out in your job search.

2.2 **Interview Coaching:** We will provide one-on-one coaching, including mock interviews, feedback on your responses, and advice on how to improve your interview skills.

2.3 **Customization:** We will tailor our services to your specific needs based on the information you provide. However, your final resume and interview coaching outcomes are dependent on the information and effort you share with us.

2.4 **Additional Services:** Additional services such as LinkedIn profile optimization or job search strategies may be offered. These will be subject to separate terms or additional fees.

3. **Client Responsibilities**

3.1 **Accurate Information:** You agree to provide accurate, honest, and complete information when engaging our Services. This includes personal details, career history, qualifications, and any other information necessary for us to provide the best service.

3.2 **Collaboration:** You acknowledge that your active participation, including responding to our inquiries and providing feedback on drafts, is essential for a successful outcome.

3.3 **Timeliness:** You agree to provide necessary information and respond to any requests within a reasonable timeframe to ensure the timely completion of your resume or coaching sessions.

4. **Payment & Fees**

4.1 **Fees:** The fees for our Services are as listed on our website or agreed upon in a separate contract. Payment must be made in full before work on your resume or interview coaching begins, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 **Refunds:** Due to the personalized nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, if you are dissatisfied with the final product, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions. Please refer to our revision policy below.

4.3 **Payment Methods:** We accept payment via PayPal and Zelle

5. **Revisions and Delivery**

5.1 **Revisions:** We offer 1 rounds of revisions for resume writing and 2 sessions of interview coaching as part of the service. Any additional revisions or sessions will incur additional charges.

5.2 **Delivery Timeframe:** We will provide an estimated delivery date for your resume or coaching service. While we strive to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery within specific timeframes due to factors outside our control (e.g., volume of orders, complexity of services).

5.3 **Delivery Method:** Final documents will be delivered via email in [preferred file format, e.g., PDF, Word], or through a client portal if applicable.

 6. **Confidentiality**

6.1 **Client Information:** We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal or professional information to any third party without your consent, except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

6.2 **Use of Work Samples:** We may use anonymized versions of your resume or other work for marketing purposes, portfolio display, or promotional materials. However, we will never share your personal information or identifiable details.

 7. **Limitation of Liability**

7.1 **Results:** While we will use our expertise and provide high-quality Services, we cannot guarantee job placement, interview offers, or specific career outcomes. The success of your job search depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including your qualifications, market conditions, and individual efforts.

7.2 **Liability:** Our liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

 8. **Intellectual Property**

8.1 **Ownership of Materials:** You retain ownership of the content you provide us, including your personal and professional information. However, once the final deliverables (resume, cover letter, coaching materials, etc.) are delivered, they are considered your property.

8.2 **Company Rights:** The Company retains the right to use any generic or anonymized information for the purpose of providing services, marketing, and portfolio showcase.

9. **Termination**

9.1 **Termination by You:** You may terminate our Services at any time before work begins. If work has already started, you will not be entitled to a refund unless otherwise specified.

9.2 **Termination by Us:** We reserve the right to terminate our Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful behavior.

10. **Amendments**

10.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
